The Karmapa International Buddhist Institute
The Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI) promotes basic Buddhist learning and teaches the ancient wisdom of Buddhism to both lay and ordained practitioners.
KIBI has been independently conducting courses in Buddhism and the Tibetan and Sanskrit languages for more than 20 years. As a result, many who have studied there are now successful Buddhist scholars working in major universities around the world.
Throughout the year, KIBI offers public teachings and short-term courses on meditation, Buddhism, and monastic teacher training.
